Fuller has been ruled out of Sunday's meeting with the St. Louis Rams after undergoing surgery to have a plate inserted into his broken right leg. The Titans currently don't have a timetable for the rookie safety's return, but according to head coach Jeff Fisher, his season doesn't appear to be over.
