Beck suffered a torn ligament in his left foot during Thursday's preseason game against Jacksonville and is likely out for the season. The Falcons are expected to put the rookie linebacker on the injured reserve list sometime before Tuesday's roster deadline. Beck was slotted as the backup to Ed Hartwell at middle linebacker this season. Undrafted rookie Antoine Cash will now fill that position.
