Henry is scheduled to stand trial on May 30 on charges of carrying a concealed firearm. The 22-year-old Bengals wide receiver was arrested in January after a police officer allegedly saw him pull a pistol on a group of people. He was also arrested on counts of improper exhibition of a firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm, but only charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

The damage in Henry's right knee is not serious, and the Bengals' receiver will not need surgery, according to head coach Marvin Lewis. The rookie was unable to return to Cincinnati's lineup after injuring the knee early in Sunday's Wild Card matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He finished with 31 catches for 422 yards and six touchdowns in 14 regular-season games, serving as the team's third wideout.

Henry was unable to return to the Cincinnati Bengals' lineup after hurting his right knee early in Sunday's Wild Card matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The rookie receiver, who was on crutches on the sidelines during the second half, will be re-evaluated on Monday to determine the extent of the injury.

Henry missed the Bengals' practice on Wednesday because of a back injury, but he returned to the field on Thursday and reported no major problems. The rookie receiver, who was a third-round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, plans to be ready for this weekend's Wild Card matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Bengals decided to deactivate Henry for last weekend's win over the Detroit Lions after he was charged with speeding, driving with expired tags, driving with an expired license and possession of marijuana in a traffic stop last Thursday morning. According to head coach Marvin Lewis, the rookie receiver, who was a third-round pick in this year's draft, will be a game-time decision for Saturday's tilt with the Buffalo Bills.

Early Thursday morning, Henry was pulled over in a traffic stop and charged with speeding, driving with expired tags, driving with an expired license and possession of marijuana. The rookie receiver practiced with the Bengals later in the day and is not expected to miss any game action at this point. According to the team, he could face penalties once the case goes through the court system. His court date currently is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Suffering from a groin injury, Henry was able to return to practice on Friday. He is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Packers. Henry will be the Bengals' third option at receiver.

With T.J. Houshmandzadeh sidelined with a bruised and swollen hand/wrist, Henry helped fill the void in the Bengals' offensive attack in Sunday's meeting with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The rookie receiver, who was a third-round pick in this year's draft, finished with three catches for 85 yards and his second career touchdown.

With Kelley Washington inactive this week, Henry will step into the number three receiver role for the Bengals when they face the Chicago Bears today.

Henry was sidelined earlier this week with a foot injury, but he made it through Thursday's practice unscathed. As a result, the Bengals have upgraded the rookie receiver from questionable to probable for Sunday's meeting with the Chicago Bears. He has four catches for 45 yards in one game this season.

Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry will be listed as questionable with a foot injury for this Sunday's game against the Bears. Henry acted as the team's third receiver last week against the Vikings. If Henry can not go, reserve wide out Kelley Washington will fill the role.
