Slow to recover from surgery to repair a problem with his kneecap, Incognito has been placed on injured reserve by the St. Louis Rams. The rookie offensive lineman, who was a third-round pick in this year's draft, will not play in 2005.

Incognito, who was a third-round pick in this year's NFL Draft, underwent surgery to repair a problem with his kneecap last week. According to St. Louis Rams head coach Mike Martz, the rookie offensive lineman will need up to six months of recovery time before he will be ready to take the field.
