Marlin Jackson
8/24/2005
Jackson hasn't been practicing this week and he probably won't play in Saturday's exhibition game against the Denver Broncos, due to a sore hip. The cornerback, who was the Colts' first-round pick in this year's draft, has been listed as day-to-day.

Jackson and the Colts came to terms on a five-year, $6.975 million deal on Tuesday, and the team's first-round choice in 2005 was expected to report to the opening day of training camp on Wednesday. The 29th overall pick played both cornerback and safety at Michigan, where he logged nine interceptions and four forced fumbles in four seasons.
