Spencer will ink a five-year, $7.4 million deal with the Seahawks on Wednesday, a pact that includes an additional $2.3 million in potential incentives. The contract calls for $5 million in guaranteed money. The team's first-round pick (No. 26 overall) is expected to report to training camp Wednesday afternoon. The center out of Mississippi missed the first five days of camp while contract negotiations continued.
