Sampson apparently suffered a seizure on Thursday and was passing in and out of consciousness. As a result, the Chiefs' offensive lineman was admitted to a hospital in New Jersey to undergo tests and evaluation. Head coach Dick Vermeil said specifics are limited at this point, but Sampson's status likely will be updated in the coming days. He made his first start with the Chiefs in last week's meeting with the Philadelphia Eagles.
