Coleman underwent surgery on Monday to repair damage to his right thumb. The Jets' starting safety dislocated and fractured the digit during Sunday's victory over the Miami Dolphins, and his availability for the team's next contest currently is in question. He will be re-evaluated later this week to determine his status.
