With both Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt not expected to play in this weekend's matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Rams will turn to Curtis and Shaun McDonald to fill the voids in the starting lineup. Curtis has been very valuable this season, hauling in 31 passes for 431 yards and three touchdowns.

It appears more and more that Isaac Bruce will not be in uniform this Sunday, as he battles a turf toe injury. That will open the door for Curtis to make the start against the New York Giants this Sunday.

Curtis is expected to play for St. Louis Sunday, despite an ankle injury that bothered him this week. The wide receiver had a solid Week 1 in San Francisco, catching seven passes for 63 yards for the Rams.
