Tyrone Calico
12/27/2005
Calico will not play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars, due to a strained right hamstring. The receiver suffered the injury in Saturday's loss to the Miami Dolphins and finished with just one catch for nine yards.
12/2/2005
Calico has been practicing at full speed this week, and he plans to return to the Titans' lineup for Sunday's matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. The receiver, who has 14 catches for 111 yards and no touchdowns in eight games this season, has missed the team's last three contests with a strained calf muscle.
11/29/2005
After missing nearly a month with a strained calf muscle, Calico is expected to return to practice with the Tennessee Titans this week, and barring any setbacks, he will be available for Sunday's matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. The receiver's services will be a welcome addition, as rookie Brandon Jones likely will miss the contest with a knee injury.
11/20/2005
Calico will be inactive for today's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
11/17/2005
Calico continues to be hobbled by the calf muscle he strained in a Week 8 loss to the Oakland Raiders, and he is highly questionable for Sunday's matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The receiver did not practice with the Titans on Wednesday.
11/6/2005
Calico officially has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. The receiver strained a calf muscle in last weekend's loss to the Oakland Raiders and was unable to practice with the Titans this week.
11/5/2005
Calico is unlikely to play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns after being unable to practice all week because of a calf injury suffered in Tennessee's loss to the Oakland Raiders last week.
11/3/2005
The calf muscle Calico strained in last weekend's loss to the Oakland Raiders prevented him from practicing with the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday and currently has him listed as questionable on the team's injury report. The receiver hopes to test out the leg over the next couple of days to determine his availability for Sunday's meeting with the Cleveland Browns.
10/31/2005
Calico was unable to return to the Titans' lineup after straining a calf muscle in the second quarter of Sunday's loss to the Oakland Raiders. The Titans' receiver will be re-evaluated over the next couple of days to determine his status and availability for next weekend's matchup with the Cleveland Browns.
8/24/2005
Calico continues to slowly work his way back after undergoing knee surgery last year and missing all but one game of the 2004 campaign. The receiver has been limited in practice, but he hopes to see action in the Titans' final two exhibition games and be back to full strength by the start of the regular season.
7/30/2005
Although Calico has received medical clearance to take part in training camp, he was limited on Friday to just some individual reps. The wide receiver, who missed all but one game of the 2004 season after injuring his left knee, is still wearing a large brace on the leg. More troubling is the report that he was walking with a slight limp on Friday.
