J.T. O'Sullivan
11/8/2005
With starter Daunte Culpepper out for the season with a knee injury, the Minnesota Vikings have signed O'Sullivan off the Chicago Bears' practice squad to supply them some depth at the quarterback position. O'Sullivan will be listed third behind veteran Brad Johnson and the inexperienced Shaun Hill. Cornerback Ken Irvin was released to make room on the roster.

O'Sullivan has re-signed with the Green Bay Packers. The quarterback was acquired from the New Orleans Saints, along with a second-round pick in this year's draft, in exchange for cornerback Mike McKenzie and a future conditional draft pick last October. He appeared in one game with Green Bay, but did not attempt a pass.
