After being released by the Denver Broncos last month, Anderson has signed with the San Francisco 49ers. The veteran safety inked with the Broncos in August after being cut by the Oakland Raiders. He appeared in six games, notching just three tackles.

Anderson has been waived by the Denver Broncos, opening a spot on the roster for rookie tight end Wesley Duke, who was promoted from the practice squad on Tuesday. Anderson, who was released by the Oakland Raiders earlier this week, has signed with the Denver Broncos. In 14 games with the Raiders last season, the safety recorded 74 tackles, one interception and a forced fumble.

Anderson has been released by the Oakland Raiders. The safety was expected to challenge for a starting job in the Raiders' defensive backfield this season, but with a healthy Derrick Gibson in camp, the team felt Anderson was expendable.
