Antwaan Randle El
3/12/2006
The Pittsburgh Steelers lose a high-profile wide receiver for the second straight year now that Randle El has agreed to a six-year deal worth $31 million, including $10 million in bonuses, with the Washington Redskins. Randle El chose the Redskins after flying on owner Daniel Snyder's private jet, spurning his hometown Chicago Bears.

In addition to handling the Steelers' punt-return duties, Randle El reportedly will step into the team's starting lineup this season, replacing Plaxico Burress, who inked with the New York Giants during the offseason. The receiver beat out Cedrick Wilson for the starting gig.
