Kasper signed with the Texans on Thursday and will try to secure a spot at the back end of Houston's receiver depth chart. Since being drafted by Denver in the sixth round in 2001, Kasper has seen regular-season action with the Broncos, Seahawks, Cardinals and Patriots. In 38 games, the wideout has 24 catches for 287 yards and three touchdowns. He also has returned 77 kickoffs.
