Ryan Diem

12/24/2005

Diem did not travel to Seattle with the Colts and will not play in Saturday's game against the Seahawks. the tackle suffered a sprained left medial collateral ligament during last week's loss to the Chargers.

In Sunday's loss to the San Diego Chargers, Diem suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee, an injury that normally requires up to a month of rest, treatment and rehab. As a result, the starting right tackle will miss at least the rest of the regular season, and he might not be ready for the Colts' first game of the playoffs. Dylan Gandy and Kurt Vollers likely will see more playing time in his absence.
