Ken Lucas
9/29/2005
Although he's listed as questionable on the Panthers' injury report, Lucas is expected to return to the lineup for Monday night's meeting with the Green Bay Packers, barring any last-minute setbacks. The cornerback was unable to play in the team's last contest, due to a shoulder ailment.

Lucas has yet to practice with the Carolina Panthers this week, and he is uncertain whether he will be ready and available for Sunday's game against the Dolphins in Miami. The cornerback is nursing a shoulder injury and has been listed as questionable on the team's injury report.

As a precautionary measure, Lucas likely will miss Saturday's exhibition game against the Washington Redskins after injuring his hamstring at practice over the weekend. The cornerback, a former second-round draft pick, spent his first four NFL seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, recording 258 tackles and 11 interceptions in 62 games, including 47 starts. He inked a six-year deal with the Panthers this spring.
