Gilmore will get the starting nod opposite Chris Chambers in Sunday's meeting with the Buffalo Bills, replacing veteran Marty Booker, who is out with a strained calf muscle. In 11 games this season, Gilmore has just four catches for 99 yards and a touchdown.
