Chris Redman

6/1/2005

Redman has been released by the New England Patriots. The quarterback, who missed the entire 2004 season while recovering from back surgery, became expendable when the team inked veteran Doug Flutie in April. He has appeared in just 10 regular-season games in his NFL career -- all with the Baltimore Ravens -- going 106 of 198 for 1,111 yards, seven touchdowns and five interceptions.
