According to Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells, tests have revealed that Adams has a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, after having his leg rolled up on in the third quarter of Sunday's overtime victory over the New York Giants. The starting left tackle will undergo surgery, be placed on injured reserve and miss the rest of the 2005 campaign.
