Pathon has signed with the Atlanta Falcons, agreeing to a one-year contract. After three seasons in New Orleans, the Saints released the former second-round draft pick in March, and Seattle signed him in late April. He was then cut by the Seahawks just prior to the start of the 2005 regular season.

The Seahawks terminated Pathon's contract on Saturday, meaning the wide receiver is again looking for work. The Saints released the former second-round draft pick in March, and Seattle signed him in late April. The seven-year veteran has 259 career receptions for 3,332 yards and 15 touchdowns.

Pathon has signed with the Seattle Seahawks. The receiver, who was released by the New Orleans Saints last month, struggled with a hamstring injury last season, but appeared in 15 games, finishing the campaign with 34 catches for 581 yards and one touchdown. He started seven contests, but served primarily as the Saints' No. 3 wideout behind Joe Horn and Donte' Stallworth.
