Thrash was unable to play in Washington's 20-10 playoff loss to Seattle Saturday. The Washington wide receiver broke his thumb during last week's 17-10 victory over Tampa Bay, but he was hoping to play with a splint on the thumb. He underwent surgery Monday and was unable to practice all week.

Thrash underwent surgery on Monday to repair the thumb he broke in Saturday's Wild Card victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Redskins' receiver will be fitted with a protective splint, and he plans to be available for this weekend's matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

After missing the Redskins' last three games with a hamstring injury, Thrash returned to practice with the team on Wednesday, and barring any setbacks, he will be available for Sunday's matchup with the Dallas Cowboys. The veteran wideout will serve as a backup receiver and should reclaim his role as Washington's primary punt returner.

Thrash has yet to recover from the hamstring injury he suffered in a loss to the Oakland Raiders nearly two weeks ago, and the Washington Redskins already have ruled him out of Sunday's matchup with the St. Louis Rams. Jimmy Farris and Antonio Brown will see more playing time behind starting receivers Santana Moss and Taylor Jacobs until Thrash is able to return.

Thrash already has been ruled out of Sunday's matchup with the San Diego Chargers after straining his right hamstring in a loss to the Oakland Raiders last weekend. Jimmy Farris is slated to serve as the Redskins' No. 3 receiver in his absence, backing up starters Santana Moss and Taylor Jacobs.

Thrash was unable to return to the Redskins' lineup after straining his hamstring in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Oakland Raiders. The receiver, who failed to record a catch prior to his departure, will be re-evaluated on Monday to determine the extent of the injury.
