Emmons, who suffered a slight tear in his right pectoral muscle earlier this season, aggravated the problem last week and has been placed on injured reserve by the New York Giants. An MRI has revealed that Emmons has a slight tear in his right pectoral muscle, an injury suffered last weekend against the Denver Broncos. The linebacker was unable to practice with the Giants on Wednesday, and he's currently listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup with the Washington Redskins.

Emmons was unable to take the field against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday, due to the sore left knee that warranted an MRI exam late last week.
