3/17/2006

The Falcons bolstered their secondary by signing 32-year-old safety Milloy to a three-year deal worth $6 million. Milloy was released by the Buffalo Bills two weeks ago because of salary cap reasons.

Nursing the right foot injury he suffered in last weekend's loss to the Carolina Panthers, Milloy has been unable to practice with the Buffalo Bills this week, and he currently is listed as questionable on the team's injury report. According to head coach Mike Mularkey, the veteran safety will be a game-time decision for Sunday's meeting with the Miami Dolphins.

Milloy was unable to practice with the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday after undergoing surgery to repair his right thumb. The starting safety, who did not return to the lineup after suffering the injury in the second quarter of last week's game, currently is sporting a cast on his right hand. He has been listed as questionable on this week's injury report.
