Godfrey has been ruled out of Sunday's matchup with the New York Jets to attend the funeral of his sister, who was killed in Georgia earlier this week. The linebacker had been listed as questionable with a neck injury. He should be back in the lineup when the Chargers resume play in Week 11 following their bye.
