Matthews has re-signed with the Buffalo Bills, agreeing to a one-year contract. The veteran quarterback appeared in just three games last season, completing two of his three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. In 32 career contests, including 22 starts, Matthews is 492 of 839 for 31 TDs and 24 interceptions.
