The NFL has suspended Hopkins for the Tennessee Titans' season opener against Pittsburgh after the lineman pleaded guilty earlier this year to assaulting his wife. Hopkins grabbed his wife's neck in an incident back in March because she wouldn't stop talking on a cell phone. He will likely be replaced in the starting lineup at left tackle by rookie Michael Roos.
