Neal has re-signed with the San Diego Chargers, agreeing to a contract extension that will keep him with the team through the 2007 campaign. Now in his 13th NFL season and third with San Diego, the fullback has 12 carries for 46 yards and nine catches for 68 yards in seven games in 2005. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2002.
