Landeta has re-signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, filling the roster spot of Nick Murphy, who was cut after struggling in his only game with the team. The 43-year-old punter was in training camp with the Eagles, but was released prior to the start of the regular season.

The Philadelphia Eagles released Landeta on Saturday. The 43-year-old punter had been signed in late August after being released by the Rams this past offseason. Landeta has an NFL-record 1,367 punts in his career.
