On Tuesday, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays optioned righthander Dewon Brazelton to Triple-A Durham and recalled Corcoran from the same affiliate. The 27-year-old Corcoran was 5-1 with a 2.89 ERA in 29 relief appearances for Durham. In two games with the Rays this season, the righthander has worked four innings and allowed one run for a 2.25 ERA.

With veteran Trever Miller coming off the disabled list to return to the Tampa Bay bullpen, the Devil Rays optioned Corcoran to Triple-A Durham. The 27-year-old righthander worked two relief appearances during a two-week stay with the Rays, allowing four hits and two walks over four innings en route to a 2.25 ERA.

After placing lefthanded reliever Trever Miller on the 15-day disabled list Monday for a hamstring injury, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays recalled Corcoran from Triple-A Durham. The 27-year-old righthander was 4-1 with a 4.00 ERA and 35 strikeouts in 36 innings for Durham.
