On Monday, the Texas Rangers recalled Tejera from Triple-A Oklahoma. The 28-year-old lefthander appeared in 17 games for Oklahoma in 2005, going 0-1 with a save and a 2.55 ERA in 17.2 innings. Reportedly he had a stipulation in his contract that he could become a free agent if he wasn't recalled by this week.
