The Rangers recalled pitcher Juan Dominguez from Triple-A Oklahoma on Saturday. Dominguez will make his first start of the season Saturday against the Yankees, after appearing 12 times in relief. In 2005 with Texas, Dominguez is 0-2 with a 5.11 ERA in those 12 games.

The Texas Rangers optioned Dominguez to Triple-A Oklahoma on Wednesday. The 25-year-old righthander was 0-2 with a 5.11 ERA in 12 relief appearances since he was recalled on June 10. Prior to arriving in Texas, Dominguez was 2-0 with two saves and a 2.63 ERA in 15 games (two starts) for Double-A Frisco, and he posted a 2.77 in two starts with Oklahoma.

The Texas Rangers recalled Dominguez from Double-A Frisco on Friday, when they placed Nick Regilio on the 15-day disabled list and optioned Michael Tejera back to Triple-A Oklahoma. Dominguez was 2-0 with two saves and a 2.63 ERA in 15 games (two starts) for Frisco.
