Clay Condrey

7/1/2006

The Phillies optioned Condrey to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday so they could make room on the roster for left-hander Fabio Castro.

7/25/2005

Condrey has been optioned back to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre by the Philadelphia Phillies after not appearing in a game during his brief stint with the major league club. The righthander, who was recalled last week, will be replaced on the roster and in the bullpen by Geoff Geary.

7/21/2005

The Philadelphia Phillies have purchased Condrey's contract from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, filling the roster spot of demoted infielder Danny Sandoval. The righthander, who has not pitched in the major leagues since 2003, was 5-5 with a 3.80 ERA in 15 starts with the minor league club this season.
