Tom Martin

4/15/2005

Martin has been released by the Atlanta Braves after allowing five runs on six hits and two walks in just 2.1 innings this season. The lefthander, who was acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers midway through the 2004 campaign, will be replaced in the bullpen by John Foster.

Martin has appeared in 76 or more games each of the past two seasons, so he should land with another club. However, he has no fantasy value.
