Does case matter?

Yes. Sometimes, case can also be important. For example, &eacute; produces the é character, while &Eacute; results in É.

Note that both character reference and entity names begin with an ampersand (&) and end with a semi-colon (;). Don't forget either symbol when using special characters in your own pages.
